Machine time and cut parts for other cabinet shops, furniture makers and fit-out contractors. Sheets up to five feet by ten, parts edge banded if you want them that way, and nothing that leaves here carries our name.
This is the first thing another shop wants to know, so it goes first. Parts we machine for you leave here unbranded. We do not label them, we do not put a sticker in a drawer, and we do not contact the person you are building for. If you want us to ship direct to your site, we do that under your name.
We manufacture our own work as well, so we understand the concern exactly. A trade customer is a trade customer.
Plywood, MDF, melamine, acrylic and solid wood, on sheets up to five feet by ten. Most shops around here are set up for four by eight, so if your part does not nest on a standard sheet, that is worth a phone call.
That covers nested cabinet parts from your cut list, one piece MDF doors, drawer fronts, panels, decorative screens and perforated panels, and jigs, templates and one-off fixtures. Parts can leave edge banded, which is the part most shops do not expect to be able to buy.
Sheet goods are the limit. Metal and stone are not work for this machine, and we will say so rather than take the job and learn on your money.
Door machining. One piece MDF doors machined to your profile and your sizes, in the quantity you need, supplied unbranded like everything else. If you are running a kitchen and you are short on door capacity, that is a straightforward job to send out.
Send the drawing in whatever you have. Everything gets programmed into our own system before it runs, so you are not expected to supply machine code, and a PDF or a dimensioned sketch works as well as a drawing file. That programming step is also why we ask for the detail up front rather than halfway through.
To quote we need the material and the thickness, the quantity, whether you want the parts edge banded, the tolerance you are holding, and the date you need it.
Cut parts only is normal. Plenty of shops want the parts and their own bench does the rest, and that suits us. Assembled is available where you would rather buy it finished.

Two weeks is the honest answer, and it is the number to plan against. Established trade customers with the job paid up front have had parts the same day when the machine was free, though that is not something to build a schedule on until we have run a few jobs together.
Minimum order is $500, GST additional. This is set up for a batch of parts rather than a single door.
First jobs from a new trade customer are usually small on purpose, because that is how both sides find out whether the working relationship fits before anything large is riding on it.
We cut for shops across Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Leduc, and we ship further where the job justifies it.
