Kitchens, closets and built-ins for Leduc homes, plus commercial millwork for businesses around Nisku.

Most of the residential work around Leduc sits in the newer subdivisions, Southfork, Meadowview and the streets that went up with them. Those houses do not have the problems an older home has. The rooms are square, the floors are level and the ceilings are where the drawing says they are.
What they do have is builder-grade cabinetry. On a spec build the kitchen is chosen to hit a number, which usually means thin carcass material, basic runners and a finish that starts showing wear about the time the mortgage stops feeling new. The layout is often fine. The boxes are not.
That makes for a cleaner job than a renovation in an older house. There is nothing to work around, so the money goes into the parts that decide how long it lasts: the carcass, the hardware and the finish.
The business park south of the city is the other half of the work down here. Reception desks, boardroom casework, panelling, shop and office fit-outs, and display millwork built from an architect or designer drawing. Commercial work runs on a different clock than residential and usually starts as a package rather than a single room.
We take the design intent, produce shop drawings for approval, and flag anything in the set that will not survive contact with the built condition before it goes to manufacture. The cheapest place to solve a millwork problem is on paper.
Scope and pricing for that work sit on the commercial cabinetry page, with fit-out detail on retail cabinetry and architectural millwork.
Everything is manufactured locally rather than imported. When a change comes back from site it goes to the machine here and returns in days, instead of waiting on a container. Pricing is quoted installed, with delivery and installation by our own crew inside the number rather than added afterwards.
Most residential kitchens run six to ten weeks from approved drawings and most commercial fit-outs eight to fourteen, with almost all of the variation sitting in the finish schedule and in how quickly selections get approved. Finished work is collected in the project gallery, and the cabinetry packages page sets out how larger scopes are priced.
Send the measurements and a photograph of the space, and we will put a real range in front of you before asking for anything else.
